Our newly renovated venue is a fully equipped and professionally staffed multi-purpose space located in the heart of Hollywood. Flexibility, location and access to outdoor space facilitates the creation of highly successful and unique events.
The venue features open floor plans, state of the art production and completely removable bars and staging. The expansive main floor, upstairs VIP room, full kitchen and one of the few outdoor patios in Hollywood make Academy a striking choice for film shoots, charity galas, corporate events, premiere parties and award shows.

LOBBY & MAIN FLOOR
Guests step off of famed Hollywood Boulevard and enter directly into a space that has its own sound system, service bar, fully functioning kitchen and intricately designed mirror wall. This space has been utilized previously for event activations, press areas, red carpets, or simply as a box office and check-in. Versatility is the key when it comes to the lobby and it can be used to enhance any event.
The main floor is a completely transformable space with modular seating and risers throughout, a sizable main bar and mobile satellite bar, and a stage with multiple configurations. Our production includes a Funktion One sound system, 55 Moving Lights and 154 completely customizable LED Panels on the ceiling, adding enormous production quality to the venue and endless options for captivating original events.

THE UPSTAIRS VIP LOUNGE
Relax in velvet couches surrounded by red drapes and glimmering baroque furnishings in our upstairs VIP room. A full bar, private terrace and views of the Main Floor make this space a luxe escape.

Surrounded by palm trees, our 4,000 square foot patio is one of the venue highlights. This expansive space features a large movable bar, 6 cabanas, private restrooms, an independent sound system and plenty of seating. The outdoor patio is a highly flexible space to create unique events while also allowing your guests to enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather.

Q: Am I allowed to bring outside catering?
A: Yes! We can source options for you or you can bring in your own as long as the vendor is licensed and insured. All vendors need to be approved by the venue management team.
Q: Is the audio and video equipment included in the rental fee?
A: Yes, we can include all of our existing audio, video and lighting technology in your venue rental fee. We can share our full inventory with you and help you choose the best design for your upcoming corporate event or social event in Los Angeles.
Q: Do you have a kitchen available for my caterer to use on site?
A: Yes, we have an existing kitchen on site. Your preferred caterer can use it but cleaning fees may apply depending on the size of the production and which kitchen equipment is used.
